    I LOVE THIS PLACE! And I’m not a gym person - I’ve never liked

    I LOVE THIS PLACE! And I’m not a gym person - I’ve never liked working out, I hate going to the gym and exercising… but I love Befit! ♥️ The coaches there are amazing!! They’re so down to earth and REAL, and they always make me feel good about myself. Even when I get down on myself, they refuse to let me do it, and make me turn it around into something positive. They are so knowledgeable and kind and honestly, the best motivators I’ve ever met. I love that it’s a small place, it’s not overwhelming when you walk in, it’s literally just a bunch of people just like you. I actually look forward to my workouts now! Getting stronger every day!

    My regular gym closed all of their locations abruptly with very little notice. We were all scrambling to find a new place to call home. Leon opened his doors to every member for a free 30 day trial, no strings attached, at Be Fit South Shore. Within a few days I was hooked & knew at the end of the 30 days I would become a member. Leon and the other coaches are great at what they do! They come over and help you do the moves properly and also PUSH you. If something doesn’t seem like it’s challenging you, they will intensify the move to make it better for you. In that same sense, they will modify any move if you have an injury, weird ache or just can’t do it! They take the time to get to know each member, their strengths and their weaknesses, and help you to become the best version of you. Their support doesn’t stop when you walk out of the studio, they’re constantly rooting for you and giving you advice online, too. The workouts vary day to day so you’re not overusing any specific muscle and workout each part of your body. It keeps the workouts fresh daily and not monotonous. Every day i look forward to the days workout! If you need a new “home”, check out Be Fit. They welcomed us with open arms and will do the same for you!

    I love this gym. I have been coming here for about 5+ years. The coaches are always supportive! Most recently I completed 8 weeks of booty boot camp. My SIL smacked my butt and was impressed by the results. “Wow that had some recoil”! 😁. I have now signed up for another 8 weeks.

    I love this place! The coaches are amazing and they will push you further than you ever expected! You will get stronger coming here. I continue to gain strength as well as confidence in myself. I also love that it’s a private space and I feel very comfortable coming here. Highly recommend
