What to Expect
For our first meeting we will do an initial goal assessment to better understand what you want to achieve.
As part of your assessment, we will do a Functional Movement Screen. Think of this as taking an eye test at your optometrist's office. It is our way of understanding where you are right now. The FMS will take about 20-minutes to complete.
Lastly, we will get your baseline numbers using our Fit3D Pro Scanner. Please create your account by going to Fit3D.com
