Hey there, Coach Kim and Coach Leon. We are your fitness professionals here in Rockland, MA. We have run Be Fit South Shore now for nine years and have focused on helping our clients strategically approach fat loss and strength training.
Kim Shnider is a dedicated fitness coach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Keene State College and over 10 years of experience in the field. Certified by ACSM since 2016, Kim combines expertise in safe and effective exercise programming with a focus on personalized nutrition through Precision Nutrition and Hormone Health Coaching via Institute of Integrative Nutrition. As a Functional Range Conditioning Specialist, Kim integrates mobility and functional movement training to optimize joint strength and flexibility. With a client-centered approach, Coach Kim empowers individuals to achieve sustainable fitness goals and lead healthier lives.
Leon Beeloo is a corporate refugee. After spending years behind a desk, Leon found himself 50 pounds overweight and dealing with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a series of other conditions all derived from his high-stress and low movement lifestyle. Rather than turn to the sick care system, Leon began researching the basics of a healthy body and with the purpose of reclaiming his health, he enacted his strategy to lose the 50 pounds.
Leon opened Be Fit South Shore in Rockland, MA. officially in 2015 and Kim joined the team shortly after. Leon is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine, a Functional Aging Specialist through FAI and a Precision Nutrition L2 Coach.
We offer small group personal training for a more customized and focused training experience. Our other programs include our group strength Sculpt & Shred program as well as our 30-minute Sprint boot camp sessions. All are designed to be fun & effective.
Our group training sessions led by personal trainers. Our trainers will work with you to modify based on your level of fitness or any injuries. We also offer a personal training option where we will more specifically design the workout program towards you, your goals and desired outcomes.
What is Be Fit’s approach to long-term fat loss results?
At Be Fit we focus on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. We are against YO-YO results (and hope you are also). Though this approach may be slower, you will find that your results will be much more sustainable long-term.
What support do you provide outside of training sessions?
Accountability is often the missing element in most people’s attempt at hitting their goals. Each member is assigned an accountability coach who will provide you with guidance for nutrition, accountability & motivation. We also have a strong, supportive and positive gym community.
We offer flexible options that allow for both short-term and long-term program relationships. We require a minimum 90-day commitment on any of our training programs to ensure that you get the results you are pursuing and we can adequately apply our program with you.
