Be Fit South Shore is growing and we need an administrative dynamo to take charge of our front desk and member services. We are a hybrid fitness studio that focuses on the whole individual relative to improving overall health and wellness. We have a goal to facilitate the healthy transformation of 200 people this year.

More about this position

Member Services Administrator is responsible for managing member services, from managing leads, making sales, onboarding new clients, engaging current clients and cancellations/holds.

Responsibilities

  • New membership onboarding and cancellations
  • Responding to incoming leads to book sales appointments
  • Responding to emails, phone calls and text messages from prospective clients
  • Weekly follow up with members on a trial program
  • Work closely with owner to complete daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Provide education, motivation and recognition on social media

Requirements

  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, and Google drive tools
  • Bonus if you are experienced with client management software
  • Previous sales or administrative experience
  • Or, previous experience in the hospitality/service industry or retail management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Passion for helping others

Compensation

  • Starting $15-$18 per hour depending on experience, plus commissions
  • Flexible daily hours, occasional Saturday events
  • 15-25 hours per week starting
  • Benefits available after 90-Days and over 32-hours per week
