 Kick off your transformation with our 6-Week Leansanity Transformation Challenge. In your 6-week program we will introduce you to a sane and simple approach to fitness & Health. No complicated meal plans or diets and a commonsense approach to fitness. We start with a Functional Movement Assessment. This combined with your specific goals will form the basis of your customize program. Your 6-week program will include eleven (11) personalized training sessions, unlimited mobility and 30-minute boot camp sessions plus our world class support to make sure you CRUSH YOUR GOALS.
