We meet with you 1:1 to learn about your goals, injuries, history, etc. We call this meeting our No Sweat Strategy Session (in fact, you can click here to schedule yours now).
From there, you sign up for sessions in our app as your schedule allows, ideally 2-3 times per week. The coach will take it from there. You show up and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll guide you through your workout, take notes in your profile for your next visit, and support you every step of the way.
