I want a gym where I can be held "somewhat" accountable for showing up and putting in good effort. Left to my own devices I'll crap out eventually and just stop working out.  There are so many other things I'd rather do, you know, like napping.

 We got you.  At Be Fit South Shore, you are way more than a number. We are more than just personal trainers, we pride ourselves on being coaches. Invested in each of our clients to help them move from where they are at to where they want to go. 


 I'm not satisfied at the big gym I go to. The trainers look bored and unispired. I started looking into smaller training centers, but I'm not sure what these places offer and what their programs are. It said things like "group training" but I don't really know what that means.

 That's a fair point, it can be really hard to know and understand what is offered.  You can download our info packet (click here). Here are some details...We are not like your typical gym or fitness center.

First and foremost this is a coaching and training program designed to deliver our clients results. We employ a 3-Phase approach to our Total Body Transformation Program that focuses on your fitness, nutrition and accountability to deliver.

We start with foundational actions and behaviors to ensure your journey to health and fitness is paved on solid bedrock. Once you have established solid baseline habits, we and move into the Rapid Results Phase of the program.

1️⃣ FitnessEvery workout session is professionally designed and led by our nationally certified personal trainers who are driven to help you get the results you want. 

We offer customized Personal Training Sessions that are designed specifically for each client based on goals and current physical status. Your personal training sessions start with R.A.M.P., which is a focus on range of motion, muscle activation, mobility & movement prep, but more importantly, this part of the training will help reduce those aches and pains from daily living.

Accelerate your results from your personal training session with our signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts that combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout. We call that Afterburn.


2️⃣ Nutrition:You can't out train a bad diet. Our science-proven coaching method has been proven to work. Our certified Precision Nutrition Coaches will design a plan to guide you through the best approach for you. We’ll work with you to improve your health, gain energy, and lose weight…no matter what’s going on around you.

  Group Training sounds kind of scary to me. I don't want people watching me and seeing how poorly I do. I just know I'll be the worst at it. I don't even know what "it" is though actually.

 First off, our coaches have eyes on you to make sure you are doing the movements properly. If you need modifications, we will be there to adapt the workout to meet you where you are at.  Modifications, adjustments, corrections are all part of the process and everybody (trainers included) benefit from the feedback.  This is how we get better, and stronger and make progress more efficiently.

How do i get started?

We want to start you out with a complimentary No Sweat Strategy Session. In this sessione we will review your goals, you past workout and weight history, where you are at currently, and together we will provide you a 28-Day road map to start the change process.

Clearly the cost is one of the first questions many people ask.

I get it, we all have budgets that we have to live with and within. Often what I find though, is people ask about price first, but what the real question is; "Can you help me solve my problem?"

if i am out of shape can I do this?

Yes! Our Coaches are Personal Trainers and each of us is uniquely skilled at modifying the workout for any fitness level. Every client is guaranteed a great workout that is both fun and effective, EVERY TIME!

I've already done a trial, but the timing wasn't right. how do I get started?

We absolutely want you back with us to be part of our Fit Family. So, here is the deal, if it has been more than 12-months since your last session, then YES! You are good to go with another promotion/trial. However, if it has been more recent, then let's chat about next steps for you, it is my mission to help set you up for success.
