What is your session schedule: We run over 30-sessions throughout the week starting as early as 5:15A to
accommodate most client schedules.

What is the Cost: The Slim Down Program is priced affordably at just $25 per week for up to 6-continuous weeks. Please know that after 6-weeks you will need decide if you should stay or go. SIGN UP HERE
The cost is one of the first questions many people ask. Budgets aside, I find that people ask about price first because that seems like the right question, but what the real question is; "Can you help me solve my problem?" And what that boils down to is Why is getting in shape, losing weight, being healthier important to you?

Our program is designed to help our clients get amazing results by working directly with our Coaches both on and off the training floor. That is what I hope to resolve for you and get you an amazing program, that delivers the results you are after at an affordable price.

We are not your typical gym, but I believe you will be pleasantly surprised by the cost relative to the accountability, training and support you receive from our team.

When does it start: We like to start new clients on a Monday when possible (though we are flexible). Once you register, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an orientation and your first workout. Please note, you cannot start until you are scheduled ahead of time.

What will be required of me to get results: We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week

Who is the Program for: MEN & WOMEN from any tness level can participate in this program.Everyone is welcome here at Fit Body Boot Camp! 

What if I have a specic injury or can't perform a certain exercise: Our coaches can modify each workout to t your specic needs, including prior injuries or specic dietary needs.

I haven't exercised in a long time, can I still participate: Yes, you certainly can! Our passionate coaches will ensure you can complete the program and get amazing results regardless of your current tness abilities.

I'm going on vacation, can I break up the weeks or put this trial on hold: Whether you choose 1, 2 or even 6 weeks for the program, the weeks must be in sequence (no holds/freezes). You will be provided with recorded sessions and you will have access to Live Zoom sessions, so no matter where you are, you can get your workout in. No excuses 😊

If I am out of shape, can I do this program now: Yes! Our Coaches are exceptionally skilled at modifying the workout for any fitness level so you are guaranteed a great workout that is both fun and effective, EVERY TIME!

I've already taken a session with you but the timing wasn't right for me to get started, can I still sign up for the trial Slim Down Program:  We absolutely want you to take advantage of this program. So, here is the deal, if it has been more than 3-months since your last session, then YES! You are good to sign up for the Program. However, if it has been more recent, then let's chat about next steps for you, it is my mission to help set you up for success.
