Not all smoothie bowls were created equal!

Most are packed with far more sugar and carbs than your body needs, so it ends up stored as unwanted fat.

The great news is that it’s entirely possible to create a delicious, cold, satisfying smoothie bowl with minimal sugar and loads of fitness-fueling protein.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt

¼ cup almond milk

1 scoop STRAWBERRY KIWI RUSH - EVERYDAY ENERGY

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

 

HOW TO MAKE:

1️⃣ Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Serve immediately!
