Week 2!! 

Yeay - we’re here and back for more … BACK!! 

If you crushed Week 1, know that I'm proud of you for sticking to it, for showing up each day and putting in the effort.  Give yourself a huge pat on the back for doing it!

But now we’re heading into week 2 - and we’re UPPING the reps! 

This week we’re in 3 sets of 12 reps.  Sounds fun?  IT IS!! 

So let’s get to it!

Monday is BACK day! 

Your workout today is:

3 sets of 12 each

 

Let’s talk about the flies:

  • Start in your hinged forward position - Holding lighter weights than you would use in a row - with palms facing in towards each other.
  • Your elbows should be slightly bent through this whole move. (think barbie doll arms.  The elbows are slightly bent, but the angle doesn’t change as the doll’s elbows do not move.  Same here.  The angle stays the same)
  • Open your arms wide until your wrists come in line with your shoulders - and really feel your shoulder blades in the back squeezing in together.
  • Control the weights back down and repeat.
