When it comes to results, we've got the perfect formula for you to look and feel your best without boring cardio or over-restrictive diets and we're going to be right by your side every step of the way!

Customized Coaching:
During your time here, we'll plan a training strategy based on your body, abilities, and goals. We understand not everyone is the same, and we will work with you even if you are dealing with painful joints, lack of energy, or suffering through hormonal changes. We will modify your program as needed if we find that you have some physical limitations, and we will always be striving to coach you on what you need to be doing and working on next to get the results you're looking for. Plus, we'll be by your side at every workout, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Track Your Results:
We hold you to a higher standard than you may keep yourself because if you’re not held accountable to someone, only YOU know if you did or did not work. It's way easier to make excuses to ourselves in our heads than to our coach. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we track our clients' progress consistently and extensively. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not. You can expect us to take measurements regularly, so we know you're getting results!

Support and Accountability:
Get expert coaching from our coaches with the support of others like you. Leadership and accountability could be the missing ingredient to make this time count. You're enrolling in not just a fitness course but an entire community. We'll all be by your side every step of the way, making sure you do everything right, assuring everything is to your fitness level (even if you've never done anything before), and holding you accountable throughout the entire 42 days.

We're here from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can schedule your time with our easy-to-use mobile app. You just show up, and we'll take care of the rest!

Three Accountability & Goal Setting Check-Ins: We'll meet with you throughout and chat to see how things are going. You'll weigh in, take some measurements, and talk about nutrition. Accountability is the key to success, and this is one of the many places it happens.

Unlimited E-Mail & Online Support: Have a question? Just reach out to us, and we'll do everything we can to help. We also put you in our members-only Facebook group, where you can connect with other Be Fit clients, share tips and recipes, and inspire each other.

What to do on the Days You're NOT Here: We will instruct you on what to do on the days you're not with us, including recorded 30-minute training sessions you can do anywhere.
