Along with the Holiday Hustle Game Plan, I’m excited to share with you ‘The 12 Days of FITMAS Challenge starting on December 11th. Each day, from the 11th to the 22nd, I will post a daily workout AND a daily FIT TIP for you.

The workouts are designed for anyone, anywhere, to be able to do. No equipment required -and can even be done traveling.

The FIT TIPS are little things to help us handle our holiday meals. These help motivate us to stay on track with our goals, not deprive ourselves.

We’re still eating Gramma’s sweet potatoes and stuffing!

We’re still enjoying the holiday baking.

But I offer tips to help us control our eating and stay focused on our goals – but still get the most out of holiday parties!
